CYDO unites passionate young leaders across Bangladesh to drive climate action, advance SRHR awareness, promote quality education, and build sustainable communities.
Who We Are
CYDO is a youth-led, community-based non-profit organization working to promote sustainable development, social justice, and youth empowerment in Bangladesh. We currently have around 50 active volunteers who contribute across various roles — including event management, teaching support, social media outreach, and fieldwork coordination.
Mission
To build a sustainable, inclusive, and just society through climate action, environmental conservation, youth empowerment, SRHR awareness, education support, and community-driven development initiatives.
Vision
To create a world where every child and youth lives with dignity, free from discrimination and gender-based violence, where marginalized voices are heard, and where young people lead climate justice and sustainable development initiatives.

SRHR Awareness
Advocating for sexual and reproductive health rights through peer education, safe spaces, and evidence-based campaigns that break stigma and foster informed choices.

Ensuring access to quality, inclusive education for marginalized youth through digital literacy programs, scholarship campaigns, and teacher training initiatives.
Meet the Founders
Three visionary young leaders who built CYDO from the ground up.
A climate activist and social entrepreneur with a background in management. Led grassroots campaigns across 15 districts of Bangladesh and represented youth voices at COP summits.
A passionate SRHR advocate and women's rights champion. Established CYDO's flagship sexual health education programs and has trained over 150 peer educators across Bagerhat.
An education reform advocate with expertise in inclusive curriculum design. Spearheaded CYDO's quality education pillar and partnership strategy, forging alliances with national and international organizations.
